The 7 chakras

Les 7 chakras

All ailments in the human body are linked to the seven chakras.

When energy gets blocked in a particular part of the body, it causes unrest in that area.

Origin of the term “Chakra”.

According to yogic tradition, there are seven cogs inside the body that turn to maintain the flow of energy in the body from the base of your spine to the crown of your head, chakra is a Sanskrit word meaning “WHEEL”.

Each chakra is associated with certain major organs of the body as well as a bundle of nerves. They affect your physical, spiritual and emotional state in specific ways. It is essential for overall well-being to keep all chakras open and aligned by maintaining the energetic flow of all parts of your body.

The seven chakra stones will help you achieve spiritual awakening and rebalance yourself.
The positive vibrations of the stones restore balance between the chakras and replace negative thoughts with an optimistic outlook on life.

Chakras, how do they work?

Transmitted by traditional Indian medicine more than 5,000 years ago, there are 88,000 chakras throughout the human body. But there are essentially seven main chakras, located from the bottom to the top of the spine. The energy thus passes from one chakra to another and creates an energy field around the person. They feed and are powered by the energy of the body as a whole, on the principle of communicating vessels. A chakra testifies to our vitality and our openness to the experience of life.

The chakras and the Ayurvedic method

As in traditional Chinese medicine, Indian medicine called Ayurveda views the human body as a microcosm in which energy circulates through the chakras. We also find in the body the five interacting elements: Water, Fire , Air, Earth and Ether, which determine your Dosha . Health results from a balance between these elements and a fluid circulation of energy. Conversely, an imbalance or poor circulation of energy will affect health. The whole art of accompaniment consists of restoring the phenomenon of self-regulation of the body and energy, to allow the patient to regain its natural balance, in order to put the body on the path to healing.

HOW TO RECHARGE YOUR STONES WITH ENERGY

From the pocession of a new stone,
the latter must be absolutely purified to evacuate all the influences with which it is responsible from its extraction until it arrives in your hands.
Indeed, the stone has been handled by many people, placed in various places and has stored a multitude of energies.
It should be relieved of these and recharged with its initial energies.

There are different ways to recharge (clean) stones: you can do ANY of the following:

  • - BURY THEM IN THE EARTH ONE NIGHT IN AN ORGANZA BAG for example so that the stone does not get too dirty and collect it the next day or
  • - FOR A WEEK and Returning your crystals and stones to the earth allows them to cleanse and recharge with the vibration of the earth.
  • - WASH THEM WITH SALT WATER: salt purifies and absorbs negative energy. Attention ! Some crystals disintegrate when wet. Common stones that cannot get wet include: amber, turquoise, red coral, fire opal, moonstone, calcite, kyanite, kunzite, angelite, azurite and selenite. stones that end in “ite” are not favorable to water, according to lithotherapy for dummies.
  • - LEAVE THE CRYSTALS OUTSIDE under moonlight for at least 24 hours. Lunar energy helps cleanse and charge stones, and the moon's light is brightest and most energetic during the full moon.
  • - WIPE THEM with a soft cloth and isopropyl alcohol to remove fingerprints and disinfect. Burn sage and pass the stone through the smoke because it is purifying.

Why recharge minerals?

The stone, by diffusing its virtues, gradually empties itself of its energies and becomes less effective.
It should be recharged regularly to restore its strength and vigor.
